- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I just want to say that I spoke to a representative at the bank yesterday after a levy was placed on my account for something that was total fraud. I'm pretty sure her name was Janet and she was amazing! She jumped right on my issue and made the first phone call for me and called me back within 10 mins. I really appreciate this kind of customer service as I work in a health care call center and can appreciate this kind of compassion! Especially when I had called the branch on mangrove first which is where I normally do all my banking and after explaining my situation was told that "there's a 1-800 number for that and that they were too swamped to help me." PS I had already tried the 1-800 number and got nowhere! Anyway thanks again from the bottom of my heart.By Krista, December 18, 2016
