Through the whole process Ari was always there for us when we needed clarification and responded promptly to any questions that arose.   This isn't my first time working with loan officers, and Ari is the best one we've ever worked with! I've never met a loan officer so involved in the process from start to finish, from an early pre-qualification all the way to closing. He answered every question I ever posed and made sure I understood everything, even when he's out of town for a family weekend getaway (that's dedication). He's gone out of his way to make sure we closed on time, and it even occurred earlier than expected when all paperwork went through so smoothly. He and his team kept me updated every step of the way, and I felt extremely comfortable with my loan and home purchase in their hands. Ari had a big role in getting us our dream house before my new job even started! We just moved to this new town and are grateful to know someone like Ari in the community. Look no further for a loan officer who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but caring and thoughtful, putting you as the client first!

  I have recommended Summit Funding already. It wasn't a hard process at all. Ben and Lisa were both very helpful. Karol was very helpful with the last bit to make sure the loan went through.

  We were appreciative of their honesty. We feel every other company that we spoke to were hiding or glossing over important details of our loan. Summit Funding was up front and honest from the very first meeting. Everyone at summit funding was friendly and attentive. Any and all questions were answered quickly.
