- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in for a watch band replacement. Had already purchased my own band and brought both the band and the watch to them. Was it the nicest watch in the world? No, but It was a dive watch so I wanted to take it to the "pros". The sales woman's suggestion? To buy a new watch. After the kind suggestion, they wound up being unable to swap the band out. Maybe they know diamonds and other precious gems but they are lacking in the simplest of watch repair and basic customer service. Wouldn't recommend unless it's a last resort. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★An amazing store. My wife and I dropped in just before the Thanksgiving holiday. They were a little busy but gave us great service. I think the figured out that we were just browsing but that did not change how happy they were to show us their custom jewelry. Very beautiful art work. Clearly they take care of their customers or soon to be customers. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and there was one piece of jewelry that gave me the wow feeling.
