- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been working for Mr. Henderson since March 2014. I call his clients in the evenings to set appointments, his clients are very happy with the service they receive from Pat, they tell me they know Pat will take care of them and they don't care how much more they might save with another insurance company they would not switch. I have worked for several Farmers agents in the Chico and surrounding areas, Pat truly cares about his clients, when they have a death in the family he will contact them several times to make sure they are doing well. If they miss an appointment he has me call them to make sure everything is okay with them. Most insurance agents are like car salesman, they give you a line of BS just to keep the clients business.
