  I have been going to Advanced American store for about three years now, The first year I would go a borrow cash when needed primarily because I would end up running low, or I would write a bad check and have to pay the bank back etc. The staff there, Traci and Jodi, are some of the nicest people I know. They are personable, friendly, professional, and most of all patient and kind. They understand customer's needs and go to great lengths to satisfy those needs. I decided to close my bank account at a local bank, and start using a AA debt card for all my financial transactions. Since then, I have not overdrawn my account, I am able to keep up with my balances because of the telephone notices, so I never have to worry about whether or not I wrote my purchases down or not, AA sends me a text message and lets me know. Since dealing with AA on 20th St, Chico, I have become close friends with the staff there and highly recommend them to everyone. I love the AA debt card, and how it functions for me, and most of all I love the staff there, they are simply "The Best" in the business. Traci and Jodi have become my personal financial advisers and dear friends. I look forward to pay days, not just for the money, but because I know I will get to visit with my friends at AA, store 1032. They deserve double the salary they are paid now, because they are just the greatest, and they have been a live saver for me. Thank you AA and thank you Traci and Jodi.
